Who are you behind your business?
«What is necessary to change a person, is to change his awareness of himself.»

Soulcatcher Identity Session #3 | July 3rd - 12:00 PM CEST (Brussels time)
Founders and leaders spend tremendous energy building organizations, developing teams and growing their activities. Yet many rarely take the time to clarify the identity driving it all, or to let it fully unfold. In early-stage businesses especially, the founder often becomes the company itself: the communication, the positioning, the culture, the leadership style, and the way decisions are made.
For leaders joining an existing company, another challenge appears. How do you understand what made the organization successful in the first place? How do you continue to develop it without weakening employee engagement or losing what people value most about the company?
In this context, how can leadership identity serve as a strategic framework to align teams and help organizations perform at their best? Let’s explore this together on July 3rd.
Clarity is often already there. The challenge is that much of it remains implicit.
Strong organizations rarely emerge from management techniques alone. They grow from a clearer understanding of the convictions, values, strengths and ways of working that shape leadership and culture over time.
Who is this session for?
This session is designed for entrepreneurs and leaders who want to tune into and align with the existing culture and identity of the organizations they are building or leading, particularly those facing:
a need for greater coherence between who they are and how their business communicates, sells, recruits, and operates,
the challenge of translating their identity, values, and way of operating into a recognizable narrative and culture,
difficulty clearly articulating what makes them distinctive across conversations, meetings, LinkedIn presence, or business interactions,
uncertainty about how to recruit, delegate, and scale while preserving the original DNA of the organization,
recurring friction in communication, team dynamics, or leadership presence that often traces back to implicit expectations or unexpressed operating patterns,
the feeling that too much still depends on them because the founding identity and operating logic remain largely implicit.
What we will explore?
Through concrete examples and conversations, we will explore how making personal and leadership identity more explicit can help create greater coherence especially during moments of growth, transition, recruitment, delegation, and scaling.
The session combines two complementary dimensions:
The first focuses on personal identity extraction. We will look at tensions, strengths, values and recurring patterns of excellence.
The second focuses on identity activation. We will explore how identity becomes visible through leadership, communication, recruitment, delegation, decision-making and everyday interactions, and how these are experienced by others.
What participants will leave with?
deeper reflection on the relationship between personal identity, leadership and organizational culture,
new ways to recognize and articulate their strengths, values, distinctive patterns, and natural way of operating,
practical perspectives on how identity translates into communication, positioning, leadership presence, relationships, and perceived value,
greater awareness of the gap that can exist between authentic identity and inherited leadership habits and organizational patterns
Session format:
A concise webinar session designed for busy professionals, combining identity reflection with practical, real-life application.
Date: 03/07/26 | 12:00 PM CEST (Brussels time)
45 minutes total: 30 minutes of conversation, insights, and concrete examples / 15 minutes of live Q&A
